How to Register
For Korean Participants

1. ONLY On-line registration will be made at the Conference website, www.win-global2010.org

2. If On-line registration is not available, please contact the secretariat by e-mail (reg@win-global2010.org).

3. This registration will be accepted ONLY upon received of payment. The confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail within 4 weeks upon clearance of payment.

4. On-line registration will be available by April 30, 2010. After April 30, 2010, you will be required to register on-site.

  • Participants’ registration fee includes all technical sessions, social events and a final programme book & souvenir, etc. However, Technical Tour Ⅰ is not fully supported, and if accompanying person(s) intend to attend the social events and tour, the fees for the event must be paid as below.

Travel Award

The participants from the countries below can apply for the Travel Award. Awardees will be supported the cost for staying and/or registration fee by organizing committee of the 18th Women in Nuclear Global Conference .

Those who are eligible and wish to apply for the Travel Award are required to apply online at www.win-global2010.org at the time of the abstract submission. The Organizing Committee of WiN-Global2010 will select the awardees.

Philippine, Mongolia, Pakistan, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Kenya, Laos, Cambodia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Thailand, Brazil, Indonesia

Deadline for Abstract Submission

Abstract submission for travel award application will be available by April 9, 2010.

Travel Award Approval Notification

Travel award approval notification Date is April 16, 2010. The results of the travel award application will be notified individually by email.

  • 1. Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg@win-global2010.org) or fax (+82-2-538-1540)
  • 2. All refunds will be made after the Meeting for administrative reasons.
  • 3. All bank service charges and administration fees will be deducted from all the registration refunds.

Payment Method

  • Only Credit Card Payment is acceptable for Foreign Participants.
  • Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration.
  • All service charges on credit card are to be paid by registrants.
  • Actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
  • Only Visa, Master, and JCB Card are acceptable.
  • The merchant name on your credit card statement will be All@Pay
  • Payment should be made in KRW only and you cannot pay by credit card on-site.

Registration Status

  • Registration Acknowledgement
  • : Registration Acknowledgement will be sent to you via e-mail within three days after a completion of your on-line registration.
  • Registration Confirmation
  • : Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within four weeks upon clearing up appropriate payment.
  • Payment Status
  • : After the completion of on-line registration, the payment status can be viewed at 'My Page'.

Invitation Letter (for applicant of Visa for admission into Korea)

  • The official invitation letter, to be used for application of visa, will be available to ONLY those who have completed the registration payment.
  • This letter is NOT a commitment on the part of the WiN-Global 2010 organizer to provide financial assistance to any participant or accompanying persons.
  • You may print out the invitation letter linked at 'Confirmation of Registration' delivered by e-mail and use it as our invitation letter.
  • If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, you may request to the Secretariat by March 31, 2010 through the on-line registration. The notary service fee is USD 40 to be paid by the registrant. Please check with the Korean Embassy in your country whether you need a notarized letter of invitation for visa issuance.
