Abstract Submission Guideline
The scientific committee of the WiN-Global 2010 invites all interested individuals to submit abstracts for the Oral and Poster Presentation.
Accepted abstracts will be presented in Oral or Poster. The deadline for abstract submission is April 9, 2010 and acceptance notice will be sent by April 16, 2010.

Timeline
- Abstract deadline date is April 9, 2010
- Notification date is April 16, 2010
- Accepted abstract participants must confirm plan to attend the conference or identify an alternative presenting author by April 30, 2010
Submission Guidelines
- 1. All abstracts must be submitted via the meeting website (www.win-global2010.org) ONLY. Abstract sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
- 2. Please use the sample template for your abstract.
- 3. It is the responsibility of the presenting author and the submitter to review the submissions and correct them. Submitters are responsible for any typing error in the abstract.
- 4. The abstract should be limited to 2 pages in English, including pictures, titles, authors’ names and affiliations.
- 5. Only up to two Tables and/or Images are allowed (not included in words count)
- 6. The presenting author's name should be underlined, and corresponding author's name should be in bold.
- 7. An acknowledgement of the receipt of the abstract submission will be sent automatically to the presenting author and the corresponding author by e-mail upon the on-line submission.
- 8. Oral Presenters' CV submission will be required right after abstract review. Please submit your CV by e-mail (paper@win-global2010.org) after checking your review result.
- 9. The text should be arranged according to the following headlines; Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusion.
- 10. Male participants can submit papers for poster presentation, but the main author or any coauthor of the paper must be a WiN member.
- 11. Oral presentation will be allowed only for female WiN member, and for oral paper submission, WiN member should participate as a main author or co-author.
