Country Report Guidelines

• 1. Country reports will be presented during the session of WiN-Global General Meeting and WiN-Global Award Ceremony and Presentation of Country Reports on May 11, 2010.
• 2. 26 country reports in total will be expected for presentation, and due to time limit, each country will have 7 minutes for presentation.
• 3. Country Reports should be prepared in full text and power point presentation material.
• 4. Full text has to be prepared as below:
• How Many WiN Members? / WiN Founded When?
• Nuclear Situation in the Country
• Situation of Waste Management
• Activities for Mentoring and Training (e.g. in primary schools & high schools)
• Activities for Public Acceptance (e.g. during conferences...)
• Introduction of the activity of WiN chapter during 2009
• Please use the sample template for your country report full text.
• 
• 5. Power point presentation material has to be made only of highlights of each chapter’s activities according to the following headlines; Activity of 2009, Future Plan for 2010 and Remarks. Please use the sample template for your country report presentation.
• 6. All country reports must be submitted via the conference website ONLY. Country reports sent by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
• 7. The deadline for country report submission is April 16, 2010.
